How Much Will It Cost Me?
Pricing will depend on several factors ranging from number of
rooms, amount of people and pets in the home and how often we clean your house.
Is There Anything I Have To Do Before The Team Arrives?
We only ask that you please pick up any clothing, toys and household items. Clean countertops and sinks from dishes.
Do I Have To Be At Home To Have My House Cleaned?
Most of our customers choose to go out while we clean their house. It gives them the opportunity to fully experience the difference and it also helps our team to do their job more thorough and much faster.
How do you access my home?
1) You may leave a key with your cleaner.
2) You may wait for your cleaner to arrive to let her in.
How do I pay for your service?
Payments can be made either by cash or by check.
What is the cancellation policy?
If it is necessary to cancel a cleaning appointment, please
notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please also be sure to inform us of any changes to your
regular cleaning schedule.
* Last minute cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $40 to compensate our cleaners for their time and lost wages.
